How is this different from blocking shipping to a state?
Blocking shipping to a state kills sales of everything you sell — even products that are perfectly legal there. Compliant Commerce restricts only the specific SKUs that aren't compliant in a given state or ZIP, so the rest of your catalog keeps selling.
Does it work at checkout, or just on the storefront?
